Terms and Conditions
These terms are an agreement between you and Codingrim Technology Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”), the operator of Pick AI Prompt (PAi Prompt), for use of the PAi Prompt mobile app, website (https://paiprompt.com) and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You sign in with your mobile number or Google account. Keep access to them secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Each plan allows a set number of signed-in devices. Signing in on more devices may be refused until you sign out elsewhere.
- Give accurate details, including for invoices. One person, one account.
2. What PAi Prompt provides
PAi Prompt is a curated library of text prompts and sample images for AI image apps such as ChatGPT and Gemini. You can browse, copy, save and open prompts in those apps. Images are created by the third-party AI app you choose, not by us, and results vary. Some prompts and features are free; others need a Premium plan.
3. Premium plans
- Premium is available as auto-renewing subscriptions and, where offered, a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices, billing period and what’s included are shown in the app before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
- Payments, renewals, taxes and invoices are covered by our Payment Policy. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Licence to use prompts
Prompts, images, text, design and software in the Service belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use prompts to create images for your own personal or business use. You may not copy the prompt library in bulk, resell or republish prompts (including Premium prompts) as your own collection, scrape the Service, or share your account to give others Premium access.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service or its prompts to:
- create or share unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing or violent content, or content involving minors;
- impersonate a real person, or create images of an identifiable person without their consent (including deepfakes), or infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy;
- break the rules of the AI app you use;
- interfere with or attack the Service, bypass limits or security, or abuse referrals, coupons or refunds.
You are responsible for the images you create and how you use them.
6. Reviews and content you post
Reviews and ratings must be honest and lawful. You keep ownership of what you write and give us a licence to display it in the Service. We may moderate, hide or remove reviews, and reviews may need approval before they appear. You can edit or delete a review within 24 hours of posting it.
7. Referral programme
If you join the Refer & Earn programme, rewards follow the rules shown in the app, including waiting periods and limits. Rewards have no cash value unless stated. We may withhold or revoke rewards for fraud, self-referrals or abuse, and change or end the programme with notice in the app.
8. Suspension and closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or to protect users or the Service. Where reasonable we will tell you why.
9. Third-party services
The Service works with third-party apps and services (for example ChatGPT, Gemini, Google and Razorpay). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them and we are not responsible for them.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee any particular AI result, that the Service will always be available or error-free, or that prompts suit every purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for claims and losses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Service.
13. Changes
We may change the Service or these terms. We will show the new date here and tell you about significant changes; continuing to use the Service means you accept them.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
