Delete your account

You can delete your PAi Prompt account, by Codingrim Technology Solutions Private Limited, at any time. You sign in again once to confirm it’s you.

In the PAi Prompt app

  1. Open Profile, then Privacy & data.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm with Google or an SMS code.

On this website

  1. Sign in with the same Google account or mobile number.
  2. On Privacy & data, choose Delete my account and confirm.

The same page lets you download a copy of your data first.

What happens next

  • Your account is deleted after a short waiting period, shown before you confirm. Sign in again before then to keep it.
  • Deleted: your profile (name, email, mobile number, address), saved and unlocked prompts, ratings, reviews, devices and notifications.
  • Kept: orders, payments and invoices, because Indian tax law requires it, with your personal details removed.
  • Cancel any active subscription first; deleting the account doesn’t refund it.
